Lymph-node metastasis detection

Detecting breast-cancer metastases in lymph-node histology images, an ENS Challenge Data problem.

Whether a breast cancer has spread to the lymph nodes changes its staging and its treatment. I explored machine-learning and deep-learning models on the challenge’s histology images; there is no public repository, so this page stays short for now.
